Meghan and I started working together in January 2023 at Thomson Reuters, and is, without a doubt, one of the most helpful, efficient, and effective co-workers I’ve ever been around. When I first started, I had very little knowledge on Thomson Reuters or its systems. Meghan was the first one to approach me and asked if I needed any help or any assistance with any of my projects. That kindness and willingness to help has been constant throughout our working relationship.
Secondly, Meghan is extremely efficient. In our roles, we are given tasks & projects from all different teams, often with varying deadlines. Meghan has tactfully managed different stakeholders from the business, asked the right questions, and always delivered the highest-quality work on her projects. She was also incredible at balancing her time.
Lastly, Meghan is an extremely effective co-worker. Beyond her project work, her vast knowledge of TR was unrivaled. If you asked her a question about anything or needed help troubleshooting an issue, Meghan would have an answer, and if she didn’t have an answer (which was rare), she would, without hesitation, make every effort to help or point you in the right direction. Meghan would always think of the best way to complete a project and what would be the best result.
Meghan was revered and put in high-regard by every member of our team. Her selflessness showed on multiple occasions, and she was always willing to chip in and help our team wherever and whenever.
It’s hard to put into words the value someone of her stature adds to a team.
Meghan consistently served as a strategic communications thought partner, helping leaders and partners prepare for high-stakes employee conversations. She anticipated difficult questions, talked through real-world scenarios, and provided clear guidance on tone and messaging. Her behind-the-scenes preparation ensured conversations were handled confidently, consistently, and with care for the employee experience.
I had the opportunity to work with Meghan at CHRISTUS Health. As her colleague, I was always in awe of not only her professionalism but her confidence with her day-to-day role and responsibilities. Megan lives in the moment but demonstrates the ability to drive results for the future.

By the time I came to work for Meghan, I was a seasoned professional. Little did I know how much more she could teach me. It takes a special person to be gifted in the skill set of their job duties, leadership, and mentorship, but that is who Meghan was and still is to me.
She challenged my way of thinking in a constructive manner, taught me how to be a better coworker and leader, and made me a better professional. I don't think I have ever met a person that works so well with so many types of people.
She knew communications well, but was still willing to listen to others and learn. As her employee, I still had a voice, and she would lift us up to be better. Most impressively, she didn't just "talk the talk." Meghan is one of the hardest and most tireless workers I know. Just being around her made me want to work harder. The only complaint I have is that she is no longer my boss.
